*Users may create one account for their usage. In the event of technical complications, such as the failure to receive password reset emails or difficulties recalling the associated email, users may be permitted to create an additional account.
The presence of active duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Should the Keys to Success team detect simultaneous activity on two accounts associated with a single user, they retain the authority to deactivate said accounts.
